This demo shows a collaborative logistics platform that helps shippers and hauliers fill trucks and cut empty miles.
A shipper sees ranked opportunities to share loads with anonymised partners, accepts a backhaul match and sees how the cost of each shared truck is split fairly.
The haulier view maps the lanes where trucks usually run empty after a delivery and offers ready-made loads from several shippers to fill those return legs.
A network view shows the matching engine ranking loads against empty legs, with some matches flagged for a person to review before booking.

How much lorry mileage runs empty in the UK?
Almost a third of it. Empty running is one of the biggest hidden costs in road freight, and one of the easiest to measure.
- 31% of all UK domestic HGV kilometres in 2025 were run without a load.
- Every empty kilometre still costs fuel, driver time and vehicle wear, with no revenue against it.
- Better scheduling and backhaul matching reduce empty running without buying a single new vehicle.

Do we have to replace our TMS?
No. We work with the systems you have, reading jobs and fleet data from your TMS or spreadsheets and writing plans back in a format your team already uses.
How do you prove it works before we commit?
In the Validate phase the tool runs side by side with your planners on live routes, and we compare the results on the metrics agreed in Pinpoint.
Will planners still be in control?
Yes. The tool proposes; planners approve. It takes the repetitive work off their plate so they can handle the exceptions.
