Growth Workflows

Bid teams spend weeks on tenders they were never going to win, and account teams find out about churn when the notice arrives. We build tools that learn from your own history and put a clear shortlist in front of your team every week.

A working prototype that takes bid admin off expensive engineers, so the firm can put the time back into submitting more bids.

This demo walks through a bid optimisation assistant built for a structural engineering firm.

It starts with the bid dashboard and client lifecycle, then shows AI preparing meeting packs, summarising meeting notes and pulling key facts from tender documents.

Next it drafts PQQ answers from approved content, reuses case studies and CVs, assembles the scope and brief, flags risks and splits the fee by RIBA stage.

It finishes with a tender quality check, drafted replies to client queries, the bid pipeline and a view of how much prep time content reuse has saved.

The aim is simple: engineers spend less time on bid admin and more time on the work, so the firm can take on more bids. The company shown is an example, and all figures are illustrative.

The chores

What’s holding teams back

  • Bid teams chase every tender because there is no fast way to judge fit.
  • Pricing and scope decisions rely on memory rather than past results.
  • At-risk customers are only spotted once they have already decided to leave.

What we build

Tools your team will actually use

Bid scoring

Scores incoming tenders against your past wins and losses, capacity and margin, so you bid on the right work.

Bid drafting support

Pulls relevant past answers, case studies and pricing into a first draft your team can refine.

Churn signals

Flags customers showing early signs of leaving, with the reasons, so account teams can act in time.

The PAVR Method

From chore to running system in about eight weeks.

Pinpoint, Automate, Validate, Run. Each phase has a clear output, so you only commit to the next step once the last one has proved its value.

  1. Pinpoint

    Weeks 1 to 2

Pinpoint which bids you win, which you lose and which customers are at risk.

  2. Automate

    Weeks 2 to 6

Build bid scoring and churn signals on your CRM and past tenders.

  3. Validate

    Weeks 6 to 8

Back-test against last year’s bids and renewals before anyone relies on it.

  4. Run

    Ongoing

A weekly bid shortlist and churn alerts arrive in the tools your team uses.

Outcome

More wins on the bids you choose, and fewer surprise customer losses.

The first step · 2 weeks

Start with a two-week Pinpoint Sprint.

A fixed-fee, two-week sprint that finds the chore worth automating and proves whether AI can take it off your plate. If you go ahead with the build, the fee is credited in full.

  • Fixed fee, agreed up front
  • Credited in full against the build
  • Yours to keep, even if you stop there
Ask about a Pinpoint Sprint

You leave with

  • A map of the process and where the time and money go
  • A data audit: what you have, what is missing, what it would take
  • The one KPI we will be measured against, with today’s baseline
  • A business case with expected payback, and a clear go or no-go

Frequently asked questions

See all FAQs

How much bid history do we need?

A couple of years of bids with outcomes is a good start. In Pinpoint we check what you have and tell you honestly whether it is enough.

Can this work outside construction?

Yes. Churn optimisation works for any business with repeat customers, and bid scoring works for any team that responds to tenders or RFPs.

Where does the output show up?

In the tools your team already uses: a weekly shortlist by email, a CRM field or a simple dashboard.
